Auburn College of Agriculture Invests in New Frontier of Farming

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) Students within the Auburn University school of agriculture were presented with a unique opportunity to both further their education and help promote sustainability within their school: the chance to develop Auburn’s first pair of recycled shipping containers into self-contained “vertical” farms.

Miller, Bliss Named First-Team All-Region

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) Despite Auburn’s lack-luster team performance in 2021 in which the squad finished under .500 and were a mere 10-20 in SEC pay, the early goings of the offseason have proven fruitful for a handful of Tigers. Junior infielders Ryan Bliss and Tyler Miller were bright spots on Butch Thompson’s team throughout the spring, earning the pair selections to ABCA/Rawlings First Team All-Southeast Region from the American Baseball Coaches Association on Wednesday afternoon.

Tigers Sign UGA Transfer Johnson

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) K.D. Johnson is officially an Auburn Tiger. The point guard made his transfer from the University of Georgia official by inking his name on an Auburn Athletics Financial Aid Agreement on Monday morning, head coach Bruce Pearl announced.

Holland Earns New Opportunity With Falcons

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) Former Auburn linebacker Jeff Holland is getting another chance to find his way in the NFL. After going undrafted in 2018 and spending just one year on the roster of the Denver Broncos, Holland now finds himself the recipient of a one-year contract from the Atlanta Falcons.

Auburn University Continues Its Rollback of COVID Precautions

Auburn, Ala. (EETV) - Auburn University continues to respond by rolling back COVID precautions that have been in place for just under a year. In addition to the lifting of its mask mandate, the University has announced that a Healthcheck 'Green Screen' passport is no longer necessary in most situations.

Pair of Tigers Move on in Olympic Trials

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) Auburn swimmers Reid Mikuta and Nate Stoffle managed to keep their Olympic dreams alive. The duo finished top two in their respective events at Wave I of the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials this past weekend, earning spots at Wave II beginning Sunday.

Stice Earns SEC All-Newcomer Honors

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) The future for Tyler Stice is bright. Auburn’s top-ranked singles player and NCAA qualifier was named to the Southeastern Conference’s All-Newcomer Team, honoring players who were not able to receive all-freshman recognition during the shortened 2020 season due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Auburn Announces Full Capacity at Jordan-Hare Stadium in 2021

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) The moment Auburn fans have all been waiting for is here. Tiger supporters can break out their best gameday outfits, throw hotdogs on the grills and fire up the generators. Jordan-Hare is returning to 100% capacity, welcoming 87,451 fans inside its gates and campus tailgating is back in fall of 2021.
