The Great Debate fosters civic engagement among students

AUBURN, AL. (EETV) - Auburn University held its annual Great Debate this Tuesday, two weeks before election day, in the Ralph Brown Draughon Library. Representatives from the College Democrats and College Republicans organizations debated on the topics of public policy, foreign affairs and the economy.

Ivey starts first full term as governor

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey was officially started her first full term as governor this morning following a large inauguration ceremony. In her address Ivey praised the state and its citizens, while also discussing some of her administration's upcoming priorities such as preparing for the 2020 Census, her Strong Start Strong Finish education initiative and increasing economic development in the state.
