Double-Double Double Trouble: Tigers Cruise Past Jacksonville State

GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA (EETV)- In Auburn’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2018-2019, Auburn’s second-half woes were nowhere to be found as the Tigers cruised to a SCORE over 15-seed Jacksonville State at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. The win moves Auburn to the second round of the NCAA Tournament to take on the winner of the game between 7-seed USC and 10-seed Miami.

AUBURN, ALABAMA (EETV)- Head coach Bruce Pearl was named the SEC Coach of the Year after leading Auburn to its first outright SEC Regular Season Title since 1999. Pearl earned this award when the Southeastern Conference released their annual awards list on Tuesday.

AUBURN, ALABAMA. (EETV) - Auburn Softball started off it's Friday doubleheader by throwing a combined no-hitter against North Carolina A&T. Maddie Penta got the start and faced the first 15 batters before KK Dismukes finished the game. The win moves Auburn to 17-1 on the season and 11-1 at home.

Auburn and Rhode Island are slated for games on Friday, a double-header on Saturday and the two will close out the series on Sunday.

Auburn Clinches Share of SEC Regular Season Title With OT Win

STARKVILLE, MISSISSIPPI (EETV)-  Auburn won its first road game since Feb. 5 with a, 81-66, overtime win over Mississippi State on Wednesday night. Auburn has clinched a share of the SEC Regular Season Title with the win and can win it outright on Saturday with a win over South Carolina.

AUBURN, ALABAMA (EETV)- Makayla Packer received her first Southeastern Conference Co-Player of the Week honor following an impressive performance at the plate in the past six games for the Tigers. Packer shares this week's title with Missouri’s Casidy Chaumont, and is the first Auburn player to receive this honor since Alyssa Rivera on March 2, 2020.
