Georgia gets the ultimate revenge to take SEC Championship
Sara Palczewski | December 2Atlanta, Ga. (EETV) - Revenge was the name of the game as No. 6 Georgia knocks off No. 2 Auburn 28-7 in the SEC Championship. Georgia came into the game sitting just outside the CFB Playoff rankings hoping their statement win over Auburn would be enough to put them in. Auburn, known for their powerful running game, was held to 114 total rushing yards, accumulated by 5 different rushers. Tiger star running back Kerryon Johnson came into the game with a banged up shoulder but made his way into the starting lineup.
