Auburn Equestrian upsets No.7 Baylor Bears

No. 3 Auburn Equestrian hosted the No. 7 Baylor Bears Saturday at the Auburn University Equestrian Center.  The Tigers began their lead in over fences with Freshman Gia Rinaldi earning her first career MOP scoring an 87. In equitation over fences, the Tigers finished with a 3-2 record.

Soccer draws against MSU

Auburn, Ala. (EETV) –  Soccer traveled to Mississippi State Friday night battling to a scoreless draw in their fourth SEC game. The Tigers put 4 of their 14 shots in the match were on frame.  Bri Folds leads with five shots, while Kristen Dodson follows closely with four shots in the match.

Women’s Tennis wraps up fall season opener

Auburn, Ala. (EETV) – Auburn opened their fall season traveling to Coral Gables, Fl. for the Miami Fall Invite.  The Tigers had nine combined victories in singles and doubles against players from Florida Gulf Coast University, Miami, and Pittsburgh. Freshman Jaeda Daniel went 2-0 in singles play including a 6-3, 6-1 win over Miami’s 2017 NCAA Tournament semifinalist. In doubles play, senior Alizee Michaud and Daniel had a 6-1 victory against FGCU while senior Mary Katherine Lewis and Daniel took down Pittsburgh 6-0. Another notable performance for Auburn was a doubles win by junior Alannah Griffin and freshman Madeline Meredith who defeated FGCU 6-4.  In addition, the pairing of Lewis and junior Caroline Turner resulted in a pair of 6-4 decisions. Auburn travels to Malibu, CA for the All American Championships on Sept.
