Bryce Brown to go through NBA Draft process

AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn junior guard Bryce Brown has decided to go through the NBA Draft process but does not intend to hire an agent in order to have the option of returning for his senior season. “I want to thank God for everything he has done for me and the way he has led me,” Brown said.

Austin Wiley to enter name in NBA Draft

AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn sophomore center Austin Wiley has put his name into the NBA Draft pool. He does not intend to hire an agent, thus maintaining his eligibility to return to The Plains for the remainder of his collegiate career. “First off, I would like to thank God, my family, my teammates, my coaches and everybody that has helped me get to this moment,” Wiley said.

Auburn Parking Services to host open forum for students Thursday

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Auburn University Parking Services will be hosting an open forum for students in Student Center Room 2223 from 11:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. Thursday. The event will feature free food, activities and a special guest visitor.  According to Parking Services the forum will offer students a chance to voice their opinions regarding parking on Auburn's campus. This comes as Auburn University is currently looking at possibly adding a new parking deck on South College Street close to the Hotel at Auburn University.

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- The Auburn University Glomerata, the official campus yearbook, will be distributed to students starting Tuesday. The Glomerata team will be passing the books out on the Haley, Thatch and Roosevelt concourses. The books are free for Auburn University students with a valid TigerCard.

Two Auburn City Schools Teachers are finalists for Alabama Teacher of the Year

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Two Auburn City Schools teachers were named finalists for the 2018-2019 Alabama Teacher of the Year Award. According to a press release from the Alabama State Department of Education, Dr. Brittney Duncan from Wrights Mill Elementary School and Dr. Blake Busbin from Auburn High School made the list of 16 finalists. The release says those teachers who made the list, “exemplify teaching at its best.” Auburn City Schools reacted to the news on their Facebook page posting, “CONGRATS: Auburn City Schools is proud to announce that we have not one, but two teachers reach this year's "Sweet 16" in the Alabama Teacher of the Year program!” The 2018-2019 Teacher of the Year will be announced May 9 at a ceremony in Montgomery.
