AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - A fight between two people on West Magnolia Avenue early Sunday morning hospitalizes two individuals.
A video circulating around social media platforms shows the fight occur in the parking lot of Edge West, an apartment complex near Auburn University. In the video, two males are in an altercation. One male seemingly becomes unconscious as the other continues to throw punches.
A female eventually emerges from the complex to allegedly stop the fight but the male grabs her and flips her over his shoulder, rendering her unconscious as well.
According to a City of Auburn press release, Auburn police responded to an assault complaint, and the two individuals were transported to area hospitals. The individuals were treated for their injuries and released.
The Auburn Police Department is asking for any witnesses to come forward with more information.
