Auburn student wins prestigious scholarship

(EETV)– Auburn University sophomore Elizabeth Farrar will work this summer on a research project in Germany that focuses on the parasites that cause sleeping sickness, a disease deadly to both humans and animals. Farrar is one of only 150 students nationwide selected to conduct undergraduate research in Würzburg, Germany, this summer as a German Academic Exchange Service Research Intern in Science and Engineering, or RISE, undergraduate fellow.

(EETV) - Despite starting the season off hot, the Auburn offense has continued to cool-off with the Tigers struggling to get on base, let along score.  In their most recent 7-2 loss to Mississippi State Saturday, the Tigers once again struggled to score going 4-20 at the plate, posting a .200 batting average.
