'Chocolate and Chapters" event at the Auburn Public Library on Oct. 26

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - If you enjoy reading, chocolate, and book discussion, then the "Chocolate and Chapters" event is the place for you on Oct. 26th. This event is being hosted by the Auburn Public Library and the Plains Literary Council on Tuesday, October 26th at 5pm! This event is meant to be a fun, relaxing gathering for anyone who wants to have discussions about books and share recommendations while eating some tasty snacks!

The Auburn Public Library, est. 1947, hopes to give Auburn residents access to a diverse and dynamic collection of resources that will appeal to all interests, along with access to a wide variety of technology and information resources. The Auburn Public Library is located on 749 E. Thach Ave.

The Plains Literary Council, which is a chapter of the Alabama Literary Association, is made up of educators in East Alabama. This professional organization is dedicated “to empower educators, to inspire students and to encourage leaders with the resources they need to make literacy accessible to all" through their passion for literacy and learning.
