AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) – Southeastern Louisiana was originally scheduled to host the Southeastern Showdown volleyball tournament, but following the devastation of Hurricane Ida in Hammond, La., SLU has chosen to cancel. Auburn Arena will now host two of the three original opponents this Thursday and Friday.
Southern University has chosen not to attend the tournament in Auburn.
The Auburn Tigers will now play Cal State Fullerton on Thursday, 7 p.m. CT. Cal State Fullerton and the Lady Lions will face off Friday at 11:30 a.m. CT. The Tigers will be back in action Friday at 7:30 pm CT to take on Southeastern Louisiana.
