Auburn Police searching for downtown vandal

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Auburn Police are looking for a man after several buildings in downtown Auburn were vandalized. On Monday, Police officers were called in reference to several reports of criminal mischief in the downtown area.   According to the reports, graffiti was drawn or marked on various structures and building, causing damage and requiring city workers and business owners to spend time removing or covering it.  Further investigation into the incidents by Auburn Police resulted in a suspect being captured on video surveillance.

Okeke, Harper step up to power Tigers over Tide

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - With Anfernee McLemore and Mustapha Heron out for the Tigers, freshman Chuma Okeke stepped up to power No. 12 Auburn over Alabama 90-71. Okeke would record his second double-double of the season, scoring 16 points and hauling in 10 rebounds for the Tigers.  "....." Auburn would get out to a lead early, going on an 8-0 run to start the game.

Bedbugs Reported At East Alabama Medical Center

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Bedbugs have recently been reported at the East Alabama Medical Center. Bed bugs, according to the Centers for Disease Control, “are small, flat, parasitic insects that feed solely on the blood of people and animals while they sleep.” East Alabama Medical Center spokesperson John Atkinson wrote in a statement to Eagle Eye TV: “High-quality compassionate health care is our mission each and every day, and to every patient.

Block and Auburn BSU President Respond To Lack of Racial Diversity on the New SGA Executive Team

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)-  Incoming Auburn University Student Government Association President Dane Block and the President of Auburn University’s Black Student Union John Otis Blanding have responded to points brought up in Eagle Eye TV’s report naming the new SGA executive officers and discussing the lack of diversity in the incoming executive team. Auburn officials lead active shooter response training

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Auburn University Campus Safety and Security held their second active shooter response training for students, faculty, and staff of the year Tuesday.  The training was led by Chance Corbett, Interim Executive Director of Campus Safety and Security. The next training is scheduled for February 22 and will be held at the Department of Campus Safety and Security building on West Magnolia Avenue.

Women's Tennis Powers Past Michigan State

AUBURN, Ala (EETV)- No. 13 Auburn welcomed the Michigan State Spartans to the Yarborough Tennis Center Saturday. Auburn started strong earning the doubles point with wins from Maddie Meredith and Jaeda Daniel who won 6-2.  The other win came from Caroline Turner and Georgie Axon who won their match 7-6 (7-3) in a tiebreak. In the singles competition, Auburn would clinch the match with wins from Alizee Machaud, Maddie Meredith, and Georgie Axon. The Tigers improved to 8-3 on the year and will play again on Feb.

Auburn drops out of AP Top 10

Auburn, Ala. (EETV) - After going 1-1, Auburn falls to No. 12 in this week's AP Poll. The Tigers were previously ranked No. 10 but fell to South Carolina Sunday 84-75. The Tigers got a huge win Wednesday,  Brown did not play at Georgia but did travel with the team.
