AUBURN, Ala (EETV) - Originally set for Oct. 8, the preliminary hearing for accused murderer Harold Rashad Dabney III is now set for Oct. 15 at 10 a.m. in Lee County District Judge Jeff Tickal's courtroom.
Prosecutors are petitioning for the death penalty against Dabney, and the hearing will determine if the case will move forward to a grand jury.
