AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - An AU Alert from Auburn University Campus Safety and Security warns students of "concerning social media posts" from today.
Campus Safety and Security says they are aware of the posts and are investigating the concern alongside Auburn Police.
The university does not have information on an immediate threat to campus, but students are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any additional threats or safety concerns to Auburn Police.

Update:
Auburn University Campus Safety and Security says the individual who posted the "concerning story" has been identified and contacted by police.
The individual is not a threat to campus, and does not live in the Auburn area.
