AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Intramural sports are now available for students at Auburn University. This semester offers students the chance to play basketball, dodgeball, flag football, racquetball, sand volleyball and many more.

Regardless of major or skill level, students can register to join at any time. Intramural sports offer a great opportunity to meet new people and engage in friendly competition.

For students that don’t have a lot of free time on their hands, the university also provides special one to two-day tournaments that require no commitment. Register by March 20 and students can take part in a Tennis Doubles Tournament taking place from March 27 through March 29.

These events will take place at The Intramural Sports Fields, The SportsPlex, The Recreation and Wellness Center and Tennis and Pickleball Courts.

Students can also “play for the shirt” during events. Students involved with intramural sports will receive their very own official t-shirt from a long line of great designs. Each season will have its own lineup of new designs, so students new to intramural sports are encouraged to get as many as they can by attending events.
