34th Annual Pumpkin Carve

On Friday, students from The College of Architecture, Design and Construction, or CADC, and the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture, or APLA, hosted the 34th Annual Pumpkin Carve.

AUBURN, Ala (EETV) - On Friday, students from The College of Architecture, Design and Construction, or CADC, and the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture, or APLA, hosted the 34th Annual Pumpkin Carve.

The event, held at Dudley Hall, invited students, community members and faculty to carve pumpkins. The CADC faculty and community members judged the pumpkins and awarded prizes donated from local businesses to the best pumpkins.

The event consists of carving pumpkins, available refreshments and a silent auction to win napkin sketches provided by the CADC faculty.

The Annual Pumpkin Carve is one of the largest fundraisers. The donations and proceeds provide architecture students and their surrounding communities with opportunities.

The tradition expresses the importance of community within the CADC, APLA and Dudley Hall.
