Aicha Coulibaly recognized on the Preseason All-SEC Second Team

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - The SEC named Junior forward Aicha Coulibaly to the Preseason All-SEC Second Team. Last season, Coulibaly finished the season in the All-SEC Second Team for the Tigers after averaging 17.1 points and 7.5 rebounds.

Coulibaly's 17.1 points ranked her in the top five for scoring in the SEC. She also racked up five double-doubles on the 2021-22 season. With nine games of 20 points or more in the 21-22 season, Coulibaly's career high sits at 27 points against Charleston Southern on Nov. 26.

The Tigers start the season with an exhibition game on Nov. 3 against Tuskegee and the season officially begins on Nov. 8 against Sam Houston, both games are in Neville Arena at 7 pm.

Auburn was voted by SEC coaches to finish 13th in the SEC.
