AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Patients in the pediatric unit at East Alabama Medical Center will be able to enjoy a new mural, painted by Auburn University students.
Students in Professor Wendy DesChene's Painting 2 class designed the painting. The mural coordinates with the aquatic theme in other parts of the pediatric unit. It has been designed to help brighten patients day and help them through the healing process.
The class works on similar projects almost every semester. Last year, the class created a mural for the Lee County Humane Society.
