Lee County, Ala. (EETV) - Tony Martin Patillo, the transit driver accused of raping an Auburn student in a transit bus is back in jail. Patillo was arrested on Saturday evening and his bond was revoked. According to Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones, Patillo was involved in some type of action that the court believed was "evident of a threat or continuing conduct of violating the law." Patillo is in the Lee County Jail without bond, a court date has not been set.
