Halloween on the Plains

Next Monday is Halloween, and the annual Downtown Trick or Treat is on again, from 6-8 p.m. There will be music, candy and a costume contest.

 AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) – Next Monday is Halloween, and the annual Downtown Trick or Treat is on again, from 6-8 p.m. There will be music, candy and a costume contest.

Auburn Parks and Recreation is hosting its 22nd annual Downtown Trick or Treat. In the spirit of Halloween, candy will be handed out by local organizations and businesses, and music will be provided by DJ K-Touch.

The event’s costume contest will start at 6:30 p.m., with a selection committee passing out buttons to guests who are dressed up and wish to participate. There will be multiple categories to the contest indicated by the buttons passed out. The judging will begin at 7 p.m. near the DJ. 

The Trick or Treat will start at 6 p.m. in downtown Auburn and go until 8 p.m. Streets in the area will close at 5 p.m. to prepare for the event.
