Auburn, AL (EETV) - A college-aged man was found dead after falling from student apartment balcony in Auburn.
A witness told EagleEye TV that the fire alarm went off moments before the incident occurred at The Standard on North Gay Street.
CPR was performed on the victim by bystanders but it was unsuccessful.
Police and other officials arrived at the scene and an investigation is underway. Crime scene tape sealed off the scene where the man lost his life.
The identity of the deceased has not been released to media outlets. It is unknown if the victim was a student at Auburn University. The cause behind the event has yet to be determined.
