Opelika Police release sketch of suspect in police impersonator case

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- The Opelika Police Department with the help of the State Bureau of Investigation has released a sketch of the suspect in the police impersonator case. 

The incident occurred on Feb. 18 when police responded to a call of someone impersonating a police officer on Old Opelika Road. The victim, a teenage girl, was pulled over by a white truck with a flashing amber light. The suspect claimed to be Opelika Police, sexually groping the victim before allowing her to leave. Click here to view the full description of the incident. 

The victim provided a description of the suspect describing him as a white male in his mid-late forties. He is approximately 5"10"-6"0" tall weighing 160 pounds. He is said to talk out of the side of his mouth, with a gold tooth on the bottom left side. The victim described him as having patchy facial hair.
