AUBURN, Ala ( EETV) - For the thirteenth consecutive year under Coach Hoppa, Auburn Soccer has been awarded the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic award.
The Award is given to a team that exemplifies exceptional and outstanding performance in the classroom.
Auburn had to earn a minimum team GPA of 3.0 in order to qualify for the award.The 2016-2017 team earned a team GPA of 3.42.
The award recipients are selected by the United Soccer Coaches. The organization houses a community of coaches from of all levels and was started in 1941 as the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
