Lee County, Ala. (EETV) - Tony Martin Patillo, the transit driver accused of raping an Auburn student in a transit bus is back in jail.Patillo was arrested on Saturday evening and his bond was revoked.According to Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones, Patillo was involved in some type of action that the court believed was "evident of a threat or continuing conduct of violating the law."Patillo is in the Lee County Jail without bond, a court date has not been set.

The COSAMwhiches created a fish taco with a barley salad presented in an avocado shell.Delta took inspiration from the BBQ sauce preparing a BBQ fish presented family style for the judges. Honors Cucina Created a fish stew and a side of Bruschetta with melted cinnamon candies stung across the dish.

Opelika, Ala. (EETV) - Following a recent safety inspection, the Cunningham Drive Bridge has been closed indefinitely.The closure comes after inspectors said the bridge is no longer sufficient to safely carry public traffic.City officials say they plan to replace the bridge with the assistance of ALDOT, but there is no schedule to do so yet. The attached detour plan routes traffic from the Frederick Road side of the bridge to Gateway Drive to Thomason to 1st and around.
