AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Alabama Congressman Mike Rogers responded to accusations levied against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh Tuesday saying that he is "suspect of the timing."
Christine Blasey Ford claims that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when he was 17, Kavanaugh has denied the accusations.
Rogers, who was at an event Tuesday hosted by the Auburn University College Republicans, said that although he is suspect of the timing he is looking forward to hearing testimony from various witnesses in the coming days.
Kavanaugh is scheduled to testify about the accusations at a hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday.
