Armed customer says racist language at Auburn's Mama Mocha's Tuesday night

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- An armed customer said racist language at Auburn's Mama Mocha's Coffee Emporium Tuesday night. 

A Mama Mocha's employee told Eagle Eye TV that the customer in question said profane language including "Heil Hitler."

The shop employee added that the customer did not remove their gun from its holster.

The incident happened around 7:00 p.m. and the Auburn Police Division is said to be looking into the situation; no injuries occurred as a result of the incident. 

According to Auburn Police Division spokesperson Lorenza Dorsey officers, "identified  a 21 year old male outside the business in a vehicle.  After a preliminary investigation by police, the suspect was banned from the business at the request of management; it was determined that the suspect was legally in possession of the weapon concealed on his person"

Dorsey added that officers did not see the incident occur and any criminal charges would have to be filed by the complainant.
