Former Auburn mayoral candidate arrested second time in less than two weeks

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Former Auburn mayoral candidate Richard Speake was arrested and charged with third degree criminal trespassing Wednesday. 

According to the Auburn Police Division arrest reports Speake was arrested in the 300 block of North Dean Road.

On September 29 Speake was charged with public intoxication after an arrest in the 100 block of Burton Street. 

Speake recieved 1% of the votes cast during the August 28 regular municipal election.
