OPELIKA, Ala. (EETV)- Opelika Police have charged Michael Lamar Benford, 27 years old of Opelika, Alabama with Murder.
Benford is accused of shooting Carnelius Douglas Richmond. Richmond died after being shot early Saturday morning at the BJ Lounge.
Benford turned himself in to Opelika Police Detectives and was arrested without incident.
