Friday Nights at the Arboretum

Friday Night Fright Nights

AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Looking for something to get you and your friends in the Halloween spirit this October? Come visit the Auburn Arboretum each Friday this month for a FREE, public black-and-white movie series!

Guests are able to arrive at 6 pm before the event to participate in different themed activities, walk the trials in the area lead by staff, or just relax by laying out blankets or chairs to prepare for the upcoming movie. A small variety of concessions will be available for sale, but feel free to bring a picnic dinner or snacks to enjoy in the meantime. Movies begin at 7:30 pm with the list as follows:

Friday, October 6: Frankenstein (1931)
Friday, October 13: The Mummy (1932)
Friday, October 20: The Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954)
Friday, October 27: Dracula (1931)

Parking is available along Lem Morrison and the Poultry Science parking lot, along Garden Drive, and in the Arboretum parking lot off Garden Drive. It is encouraged to carpool or walk if possible.

This event is hosted by the Donald E. Davis Arboretum (auburn.edu/cosam/arboretum) and Auburn Parks and Recreation (auburnalabama.org/parks). Hope to see students there to celebrate this approaching spooky holiday!
