AUBURN, Ala.- Portions of downtown streets will close for Roar on the Corner, the Auburn High School spirit event, on Thursday, Oct. 12.
The parade will begin at 5 p.m. on Thach Avenue, travel east to College Street, north on College Street to Tichenor Avenue, east on Tichenor Avenue to Gay Street, south on Gay Street to Magnolia Avenue, west on Magnolia Avenue and end on Magnolia Avenue between College and Gay streets for the pep rally.
The parade route will be closed beginning at 4:30 p.m. and will reopen after the parade. Magnolia Avenue between College and Gay streets will remain closed until the pep rally is over.
